I can't see my projects-- where did they go?
First, don't worry. There are multiple safeguards in place to make sure your data is safe.
Can I add or remove seats? How?
Click here to go to your account page. Add or remove your team member's email address in the Team Membersbox.
Where can I see my invoices?
To access your invoices, visit the account page and click "manage subscriptions." You'll see a list of your subscriptions. Paid and active ones are in green. Click on the subscription ID.
How do I reset my password?
Please follow this link to change your password. You'll receive a confirmation email -- so please be sure to check and confirm your new password.

What's the difference between the free and paid versions?
For desktop and web versions we offer a trial that includes all spectrum of features of the app. After that the subscription will be required in order to continue using the product.
